Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because digital files are available for immediate download after payment, we cannot offer refunds. You acknowledge this at checkout by ticking the required checkbox. If you have a genuine technical issue (file not delivered, file corrupt), contact us and we will resolve it.
License
- • Personal license — for your own non-commercial projects and edits
- • Commercial license — for client work and commercial projects
- • Extended Commercial — for mass production, products for resale, unlimited use
Your purchase includes the license tier you selected at checkout.
Prohibited Use
- • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the preset files
- • You may not include these files in products sold on marketplaces (without Extended Commercial license)
- • You may not claim authorship of the presets themselves
