You grant ChromKit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted photos on chromkit.com for promotional and community showcase purposes. You retain all ownership of your photos.
Where you opt in, ChromKit may also use your photos on social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and in paid advertising. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
You may remove your submissions at any time from your account page or by emailing support@chromkit.com. We will process removal within 7 business days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earned rewards.
You must be at least 16 years old to submit content. Submitted photos must be your own work. No NSFW content, copyrighted third-party material, or AI-generated images. ChromKit reserves the right to reject or remove any submission without notice.
Rewards are granted upon approval of submissions at ChromKit's sole discretion. Tier thresholds and reward values may change with notice. Previously earned rewards are not revocable.
